Anyway moving on. Sadly enough we can't force our staff members to be online at all times since they are after all human and volunteers and I wish that everyone understand this.
People are sadly enough mostly banned for racism otherwise bans are our last alternative. And we usually either mute, remove certain perms or jail players. And while we do try to anwser as many questions as possible. Most of the time most of us are doing something else while keeping tabs on chat for moderation purpouses. We also won't answer questions we don't know the anwser to for example mod specific questions which are best to be looked at on youtube or anwsered by someone who actually knows the mods These types of questions are asked the most.
If anything ever since you quit staff due to someone getting admin before you the attitude of how we treat players has improved significantly. You were banned due to a vote that your return has been causing toxic issue to resurface and as such to prevent further issues that you were already causing in the community it was decided that we would just ban you straigh off.
